UAE

The Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services is comprised of 331 vehicles that provide an ongoing and seamless supply of reliable emergency service. Their exclusivity goes beyond mere readiness. “Single window” for import of goods

Ukraine

In 2018, the Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada) adopted a law that enabled the creation of a single point of contact for customs issues and optimized the customs system. To this end, a list was developed that summarized all documents to be inspected by the customs authority. The law reduced the number of control authorities at the borders, declarations for imports, and consequently, overall level of complexi-ty.
