The rental is organized via an app, which is not only used for payment but also for opening and closing the bike. The Estonian government has created a sandbox in which companies can use certain technologies and data at no cost. This is intended to create innovative and customer-oriented digital services. Additionally, the Estonian Open Government Platform offers the opportunity for live testing of these services, fostering continuous improvement and user feedback.
