The country has established a holistic system around organ donation and centralized its transplant system under the National Organ-ization for Transplantation (ONT). This group is responsible for identifying donors, communicating with relatives, and organizing the processes surrounding organ donation. Through its efforts, the ONT ensures a seamless and efficient process from donor identification to transplantation.

Sharing City in Seoul

South Korea

In 2012, the Seoul government launched the Sharing City Seoul project, which connects people, business-es, and organizations throughout the city. The government takes the role of an orchestrator by promoting private initiatives such as public infrastructure, and information and data from the administration are made available to the public. On the Seoul Sharing Hub, various private sharing projects are promoted to the public.

The service platform model is currently a widely discussed topic; the state creates a platform – usually online – through which providers and consumers of public services can meet and engage in transac-tions. The service platform serves as a meeting point, enabling the exchange of services without direct in-volvement of the state in service provision.

France

On a specially created platform, the French government has given unemployed people direct access to employment-related data from employment agencies and private employers. In addition, job seekers can access external services and courses directly via the service platform.
