The add-on model is when the government providesa basic service for free or a nominal fee, but addition-al related services can also be purchased.
Extracurricular supervision by Club Engage
South Africa
The Club Engage project was founded in South Africa in 2013, in order to care for children outside of school hours. This project brings offerings for both before and after school, as well as vacation time. The added value comes from Club Engage’s collaboration with local schools on whose premises the services take place. These services can be purchased as add-ons by the parents.
